I don’t like to leave negative feedback, if at all possible, but I do believe in being treated with respect. There are some cases of unintentional oversight, that can be overlooked, but this was obvious and deliberate rudeness. My family spend over $5000.00 here recently, but after asking to have my tooth looked at, on an emergency basis, the staff was obviously not happy. I’m not sure if they just wanted to go home, or if they just didn’t like me personally, but I was humiliated and treated rudely, while in the chair. I lef... read more
Dr Baird is terrific. I am terrified of Dentists, but Dr Baird is very good and gentle.
Referred by my wife. Two visits in, one of which was a deep cleaning to try and remove the last five years of avoiding the dentist. Both experiences were great considering I was at the dentist. Hygienist Susan was awesome! Definitely would recommend.
