We recently went to this new doctor Stanley he is an excellent and staff. And they are very organized and very efficient.
Dr. Usen is great. His staff however is incompetent. He has been my son’s pediatrician for 15 years. Today he’s losing 4 patients because I am no longer willing to tolerate his staff and the way they will force you to make several appointments to address a single issue. It’s sad how far this office has declined because of the staff. Dr. Usens service no longer outweighs the hassle. Steer clear if you value your time.
I love Dr. Usen, as a kid he would always be so kind to me and my family. He was a great person I loved talking to, and he always enjoyed the progress in my medical school journey. Great doctor, very sympathetic and kind.
Great doctor. Very attentive and takes his time with patients. I will definitely recommend him to others. He has been my daughters doctor since she was born (three years) and now the doctor to my second child. No complaints thus far.
My visit there was wonderful, very patient and caring Doctor, Listens to me and very friendly with kids. I will recommend him any day. He know his stuff and my kids love him
We have had one visit there and most likely it will be the only one. The Dr was great, the wait was minimal but the staff are quite incompetent. My son has adhd and getting medication pre approved has been a nightmare. I have complained to the insurance so they are aware. No one should have to babysit the practice. The office manager won't call me back and the reason is she is busy. I doubt that seeing as how I have done her job in other practices. I am busy with graduate school, this more than
