Unfortunately, I stayed with this practice too long. I never took the time to look for another practice until I had no other choice but to leave and fast. My child was misdiagnosed not once but twice, the 2nd time could have cost him his life. The nurse is not very knowledgable and is a bit nasty. She turns simple question answer sessions into something more almost making you feel as if you are not a good parent. This pediatrician is so kind and has the most wonderful bedside manner. They are really in tune with children and my child is definitely a fan. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though.
They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I didn't have tenenbaum..I have Dr. Rosenburg and he's the best!
The office staff was friendly enough for me, however when I've called in the past I got hung up on. Their location is very nice and pleasant, but my child was never seen by the actual doctor even though the nurse implied that we would. Instead we saw "Greg" who in my daughter's opinion was creepy. Even though he was friendly, I have to agree andI did not feel comfortable with this person doing our annual check up. As we exited the room, the doctor never looked our way or anything.
