I was excited about scheduling an appointment for my mom so quickly. He had openings within a couple of days. I was looking forward to working with a geriatric specialist to help me understand how I can help my mom. I set up a family consult before the appointment. At first they told me it was going to be $125 for the consult. Then they said because she was a new patient. It would be $200 for the family consult. Doc Combs while experienced and professional seems to not pay attention to details, my wife has been waiting for her prescription to be sent in, it’s been hours and when you try and call it’s straight to voicemail, trying to talk to reception you get an attitude, don’t forget you can just go online for meds these days, find yourself a 5 star office or atleast higher than 3.7 lol- update it’s been 30min and I got the meds online legally prescribed online, there not much of a point in this place being open. After reading some of the reviews I was hesitant about scheduling an appointment, but really needed some bloodwork done so scheduled anyway. I'm so glad I did. I found Dr. Coombs (and the entire place) to be kind, efficient, and easy to work with. I talked my husband into seeing him as well, and he was also very happy. I'm so glad we found a doctor we can count on close to our house.
