Went to the dentist, had to have 2 root canals, 2 crowns and a filling. Dr. Ben was excellent in every way, I had a stubborn tooth that did not want to get numb, he was so patient and gentle. He and his assistant continued to check to see if I was in pain and ok. They know how to treat patients. Not just as a number but as a person. I've been taking my son to this Dentist for awhile now and never really had an opinion one way or the either until yesterday when my son had an appointment but he woke up with a fever ( it is flu season) so I called to let them know and was treated with absolute disgust by the receptionist. She very rudely said I need to call 48 hrs in advance and let them know he would be sick when i pointed out that I didn't know he would be sick in 48 hrs she said she wouldn't be yelled at ( i wasn't yelling) and then told me to get a Doc... read more
As one of the very few options that accept Medicaid, not only are all the other reviews horrific, but they are IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of. I’ve been calling at least twice a day for about 2-3 weeks now and requesting appointments and nobody picks up the phone or calls back.
Went in to have a check up in April of 2023 and had the worst experience and didn't go back until 2 months ago and after going in I was treated better and more professional however I had a cavity filled and they cracked my tooth to the root drilling and burning my lip with the drill. Was in extensive pain and went back the next day and they told me it'll take a few weeks for the pain to go away. I am not even going to 1 star. This place is absolutely horrible. Messed up my whole mouth. And then dismissed me as a patient. The saying goes you get what you pay for. Be aware of this practice. They are terrible drs. Stay away!
