As one of the very few options that accept Medicaid, not only are all the other reviews horrific, but they are IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of. I’ve been calling at least twice a day for about 2-3 weeks now and requesting appointments and nobody picks up the phone or calls back.
Went in to have a check up in April of 2023 and had the worst experience and didn't go back until 2 months ago and after going in I was treated better and more professional however I had a cavity filled and they cracked my tooth to the root drilling and burning my lip with the drill. Was in extensive pain and went back the next day and they told me it'll take a few weeks for the pain to go away. I am not even going to 1 star. This place is absolutely horrible. Messed up my whole mouth. And then dismissed me as a patient. The saying goes you get what you pay for. Be aware of this practice. They are terrible drs. Stay away!
Not all the staff but some staff members are so rude
I find it disturbing that this "dentist" office continues to operate in such an unethical manner. Irregardless of the actual services provided office staff has never really been welcoming. As a small business owner I was disappointed in how far removed Rasmussen is from the day to day. My recent experience however, is what prompted me to review them. Understand they are very aware of the fact that they are the only office accepting Medicaid patients at this time. It gives Rasmussen carte blanch to dismiss patient's at will. ... read more
