One of the secretaries are beyond rude for absolutely no reason EVERY TIME I call. Every single time she speaks down to me and basic questions like “what’s your name” she shouts it out like she can’t stand being on the phone! Twice now I call first thing in the morning as soon as the office opens asking for a nurse or doctor to call at some point of the day, and I don’t ever get the return call even when I call to remind again halfway through the day.
