Dr Stanley Dysart performed a reverse shoulder replacement surgery on me in December 2016. It's great! Even right after the surgery while still hospitalized I was in less pain than before the surgery. He took such good care of me before and after. It's been a year now and I've had no problems whatsoever. Thank you Dr Dysart for giving the use of my right arm again! Now my left shoulder needs the same surgery. I'll call for an appointment soon. I understand you have retired but I'm sure I'll see a good surgeon.
