He doesn't have any compassion whatsoever. He did not listen to any of my concerns, and made me feel like I was inconveniencing him with my questions. He was also VERY quick to push Acthar on me, and when my husband and I voiced our concerns about the medication, he brushed it off and kept pushing me to take it. I would never recommend him to anyone.
I was referred to Dr. Brod for a second opinion. He was late to my appointment. He came in and asked me why I was there. He kept saying my health issues are caused from things they most definitely are not caused from. He wasn’t prepared and hadn’t looked at my medical history. He had this undertone of implication that I’m somehow lying or making it all up. He pulled up someone else’s MRI results and kept calling me a different patient’s name. I switched over to Dr. Brod after Dr. Khatri’s team at the Center for Neurological Disorders told me to seek care elsewhere. It was quite devastating but it was nice to find Dr. Brod. His team are professionals and he’s very understanding and knowledgeable when it comes to the best MS medications and assistance for the costs of such. His nurses and nurse practitioners are kind and care a lot about patients.
