If Dr.Steen did these things she could solve problems and help the patience. Dr. Steen should act like she cares,Take time and talk with the patience ask questions,find ways to help. Find resolutions is something Dr.Steen is lacking ! Show you care and NOT in a hurry!
StacyAnn Steen is NO Karen Kennedy! StacyAnn Steen seams to be in a rush,doesn't have enough time for her patiences. Patience cant ask questions,lack of good communication between doctor and patient !! I have had HIGH hopes,that she was as good as my previous Doctor. Smart, caring, patient centered approach, takes her time with me, listens, offers alternatives, not afraid to refer out. Superstar! Wish all providers were like her.
Dr. Steen has been my doctor for about 25 years. I have followed her to the various networks she has worked for because she's an excellent doctor. She's extremely knowledgeable, great common sense, and personable. She takes time, listens to me, and doesn't talk down to me like a lot of physicians do with their patients. She can do most small procedures herself so I don't have to be referred out!! She's the best!!
