Dr. Hershfeld has been my doctor for several years. I have always found her to be knowledgeable, personable, and respectful of the fact that my healthcare decisions are ultimately up to me. She listens to me and offers her expert advice on any concerns and questions I have - I feel that we are a team. She is very prompt in responding to med refills and prior authorizations for meds, as well as reviewing labs, visits, and getting everything onto the patient portal (which is also user-friendly). Stacy has guided me through a lot of bad health issues, she's always willing to explain medical problems and refer me to any specialist I may need.
I would be really interested to speak with you personally about your review, Neesi Marie. I hope you will identify yourself to me privately. If you are so unhappy with my care it would be most appropriate and courteous to discuss your concerns in person vs leaving a review that I am unable to defend myself against because I do not know who you are. I am rating myself because I am unable to post this without doing so.
In the past two years I've gone there a few times, rarely got my pcp and was seen by several other doctors instead. I'm in poor health and require extensive lab work at least once a year, sometimes twice. In all this time, she's never once monitored my meds that I'm on. It's highly doubtful she has ever even investigated my health records. It's totally aggravating and flippin scary. The last time I was scheduled for a " follow up", again no labs.
