Warning, If you value your time and expect professional behaviors, this is a toxic environment. I had an appointment today at 10:30am and Dr. Kagie walked in at almost noon. I explained disappointment in the staff not warning me of the Hour and half wait and she replied do you want to do this or not. I replied, I really just want to leave. TERRIBLE DR!!!!
Dr. Kagie is okay but the staff is awful - phone calls don't get returned, medication refills don't get called in when needed, very rude tone when delivering test results..... She isn't that great of a doctor to ignore the awful office staff.
While I liked Dr. Kagie's demeanor, the office staff is rude, phone calls never get returned, you can't get in for an appointment, and test results are not communicated promptly. I've never had such a frustrating experience with a doctor's office. Over the course of 2 weeks, I left 4 messages regarding some blood work that had been done the week before I started calling. I left 6 messages on 4 different dates trying to get lab results or a return call to schedule an appointment....NEVER a call back!! Very disorganized!!! They tell you that they will call you with results....but never happened!!Dr Kagie is nice and caring, however, I cannot deal with not trusting the office to follow through.
I was treated very rudely because I didn't have the unapproved vaccination!
Awful doctor. Went in for a pregnancy test 2 years ago and when I came out of the room with my at the time boyfriend but now husband she was talking badly about both of us saying how we were to irresponsable and not ready to have a baby because we were both jobless kids. When in fact we were living together, both working full time which I have been since I was 16. I also raised 2 kids for 2 years since I was 16 and she knows about this. I have been a patient of Dr Kagie’s for over 15 years and I wouldn’t see anyone else she has always treated me and my family with great care.
Excellent wonderful doctor with phenomenal experience. Best doctor i have ever had.
