Dr Porterfield is a pleasant person to have as a physician But there’s a lot of miscommunication with direct phone staff. There should never be denial of an immediate request for a suprovisior Being spoken to as a second class citizen & asking to speak to the suprovisior is critical Concerns of messages being miscomunicated & translated can & will be Misinterpreted for future appointments Appreciate having better communication With pro-patient coordinator with Improvement of schedule for The patient calander.
He is one of the most genuine doctors I’ve ever met. You just feel your in good hands. He gives the best advice! My doctor for life :)
After my regular doc retired just before the covid shutdowns I couldn't find anyone I wanted to go see and usually never went to get the care I needed. I kept bouncing around different doctors going from place to place unsatisfied. Then in the middle of the lockdowns when getting care became the hardest luckily I stumbled upon Dr Porterfield.
