Dr Bala and all his associates are generally great practitioners. I think the US insurance and medical care industry is to blame for this not being 5 stars. Dr Bala does the best he can with what he's got and is given. Thumbs up Dr Bala!
I been coming from last few years everytime I have to wait for 2 hours minimum before I have to get out of the office. Always over booked.
You can’t get these people on the phone to schedule an appointment. They don’t return calls either
Dr. Bala has been a long time family provider dating back to when he worked at Patient First. He’s a kind, listens, and cares for his patients.
I love this Practice I think the nurses and doctors are amazing so you are wondering why leave a one star. The front desk women the taller one. Not sure her name is extremely rude. You call to make an appointment and she answers you just cringe because she is that awful. Lady you are dealing with sick people that are already miserable try brighten our day not make it worse. She is constantly snarky and angry maybe find a different job that doesn’t require you to talk to anyone because lady you stink at it.
