Yes I would most certainly recommend Dr. Rao to my family and friends. This Dr. Rao has very good bedside manners. I could tell from the very first visit that he cares about his patiences. He talks to you while the procedure is going on making sure you are okay and feeling comfortable. His staff is great too, they go above and beyond to making you feel special. I cannot recommend Texas Vein & Wellness Institute enough! They went above and beyond each appointment to make me feel comfortable and important. The staff and doctors are professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Their bedside manner is assuring and calming. If you have any vein issues, there is no other doctor’s office I would suggest than the Texas Vein & Wellness Institute!
Thank you Letti and Dr. Rao for giving me back my ability to walk. I've been sidelined since the quarantine started but finally found the right experts to eliminate my veinous reflux and get me back on my feet again. I wish more doctors would recognize the benefits of this procedure for their patients.
Dr. Rao and his team are awesome. They always have a great attitude and they act like the enjoy their jobs, and care for their patients. I finished my treatment successfully but if I have to come back, I’ll be happy to receive care from them.
I was referred by a friend after months of saying how much pain I felt on my legs. After meeting Dr. Saunders and some assistants, I will say they made me feel very comfortable. I met Dr. Rao for my first surgery and I was very much impressed not only with his surgery assistants, but also with Dr. Rao. Dr. Rao has a great bedside manner.
