Overall, my visit with Dr. Bontha was unhelpful. He was reluctant to answer any of my questions about my condition, and the answers he did give were unnecessarily terse and vague. I could not tell if the problem stemmed from a lack of medical knowledge or a general perfunctory approach to care. He didn't take his time to fully comprehend my situation, and he had an attitude the whole time. He was not professional, patient, or very knowledgeable. If you have a serious condition, I recommend going elsewhere else.
I was a little worried when I could not get an appointment with another doctor at the Roswell office and I read Dr. Bontha's reviews. But thankfully, this was not the case. I found him to be patient, knowledgeable, and thorough.
