There is no option to give zero rating. The front office desk person is so rude and she don’t have any information. Doctor sridevi is Good. I am avoiding this hospital because of front office desk. This is not way to treat people.
Front office staff member Teresa is very friendly and helpful every time I call and go in for a visit. Dr. Alapati is very thorough and teaches you any chance she gets. She saved my son from some very scary complications had she not acted quickly and recommended us to go get further evaluation. My son loves the staff and ask to go to the dr every time we pass it. As a registered nurse myself, Cooks pediatrics and the hospital will always get my recommendation!!
