I absolutely will never return to this office. The doctor herself is rough during all exams which is shocking considering she is a woman herself. Everything with them is a money grab and they are not caring at all. I had an emergency needing a medication for a common problem with no way to come in and they refuse to prescribe because I haven’t been there in a few months. Not sure what is the point of having an established relationship. Will never go back
The office staff is so rude. The Doctor herself wasn’t very caring, I called next day still having pain asking for my test results and Doctor note for work. Front desk said we can’t do that. I said well have the doctor or somebody who can call me. Smh,I pay for healthcare so I can use all the benefits when needed. I will not go back here.
What if you are getting contractions and admitted in the hospital at 11:00pm but your doctor is not answering the call from hospital and you have to wait the whole night just for her response. It happened to me .Finally I was in my second stage of labor and baby’s head is almost out (crowned completely) and the doctor is still not arrived, so the nurse holded the baby in that position because the doctor has just started from her home.
