An incredibly attentive, caring, and informative doctor. I truly believe she loves her job. Going above and beyond the standard role of a pediatrician, she performed every check-up with great care, examining everything down to the finest physical details. Thank you so much. We have been loyal patients of Dr. Sree for 4 years and are part of the same local community, which makes this experience all the more frustrating to share. On June 1st, my daughter had an appointment with Dr. Patel and received a prescription. However, when we went to CVS to fill it, the pharmacy informed us that Dr. Patel had not yet signed the authorization and that the clinic needed to complete that step. The medical care was good, but the front desk experience was extremely frustrating. The staff provided conflicting information over the phone and in person. I hope the clinic improves its front desk processes, as it significantly impacts the overall patient experience.
Horrible is all we can, children miss classes to get to the doctor and they do the incorrect swab, then call you back, then take a swab, and after two weeks state, swab test is not accepted by the lab. They knew all the while, this clinic needs to be closed, they don’t treat and make students miss, they asked us to come again. Decided to pull out and go to another doctor. Simply horrible
We love Dr Sree, the staff and the other providers. We’ve been going to them for the last 5 years and highly recommend!
