I bought a boat from them 3 years ago , I live an hour away from them , my boat needed a gas cap that’s it so I called them and they said I could pick one up at any marina around me ,I tried with no success so I-called back them back , I got transferred to 2 different people you were not very personable and very short with me , I actually got sent to a 3 rd person voice mail I’ve waited a week for a return call and still no response , I’m not sure if the store had a bad day but I got three different people and struck out wit... read more

Just purchased my new Bass tracker classic today and couldn't be more excited. Thanks to Jason and Steve for being very helpful through the whole process and making it pain free due to being 3 hours away from you guys but Thank you D&R sports for the great service. Had to ask for help and even then, no one came to help us in the boat department. We were there for over an hour. So disappointed! Save your money and go elsewhere.
Customer service was horrible in the boat servicing center. The worst customer service from multiple employees on multiple visits. Go somewhere, where at the minimum they treat you with respect. We will never return.
My experience is there is no boat and fishing place in the world that can compare. Customer service is beyond above and beyond. Bought my last 2 bass boats from them had some issues not their fault but they went above and beyond to fix it and make it right. Used boats are a hit and miss but they value and understand your needs and struggles sometimes so even tho they had the right not to do anything they made it right.
