Hats off to the D&R staff today. Was dropping my boat off for service and it was raining cats and dogs. A very courteous man stopped me from getting out of truck and said he would take care of removing it so I didn't have to get soaking wet. He could not have possibly been more professional in doing so. Thank you! A+ to that gentleman and the service dept at D&R.
The staff in the gun shop was very helpful and the prices were great. I am definitely going to be purchasing more firearms here.
I had a bad experience today. Nate the manager would not honor the advertised price hanging on their ammo. He stated it was miss marked and not Michigan law for them to honor. So I guess losing a prior customer was not important. I try to always spend my money local instead of instead of spending at the big box stores and you know they would have honored their posted / advertised prices. I came in to buy a 12 guage shotgun. All in all the sales staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. I frequent D and R for ammunition and other equipment and always had a good experience with Tim, Adam, and Bob. They knew what they were talking about and made sure I was taken care of. But I agree with some of the other reviews on here, because I had a bad experience with the department manager. She was rude to me and if wasn't for her I would have given it a five star review.
