I have NEVER been so appalled by a so called professional EVER!!! I'm looking at my 3rd surgery in 18 months because of this office and it's negligence and plain lack of concern for its patients! I was referred to Spencer as my saving grace because Dr Zang couldn't do the job after 2 surgeries. After waiting 2 weeks to see him in extreme pain. FINALLY APPT DAY!
