Poor workmanship with the lab on my glasses and bad experience with customer service. When the opportunity to fix the situation was available, the owner chose to try and charge me for a minor service that would have corrected the damage to my glasses. The glasses I paid for can't be used as they are.
This office is what eye care is meant to be. The staff have the outstanding combination of talent, compassion, and professionalism. I only have one set of eyes, and this is the best place around to take care of them.
My elderly Mother broke her glasses at the hinge. This place wouldn't even let me get her new frames...some legal reason mumbo jumbo. The receptionist had the hardest time looking up the patients name & the so called Doctor never came out to look at the frames. Horrible service for elderly people that cannot physically come into their store. Taking our business elsewhere!!
