My elderly Mother broke her glasses at the hinge. This place wouldn't even let me get her new frames...some legal reason mumbo jumbo. The receptionist had the hardest time looking up the patients name & the so called Doctor never came out to look at the frames. Horrible service for elderly people that cannot physically come into their store. Taking our business elsewhere!!
Avoid at all costs. They will come back and say my eye insurance changed. It did not. They are not to be trusted. Go some place else.
The Doctor is great, they wanted to charge me for my prescription, even though I bought glasses there, and when I went back around a week or so, to have my glasses adjusted, she charged me $10, when I asked why I was charged, she ( drs. Wife) said that’s how we do it, I've never bought glasses anywhere that charge for an adjustment within a week or two of having them, especially for as much as I paid, this is why I haven’t went back. Dr. Ryan is by far the best in his profession. He treats his customers like friends and makes sure you are well taken care of. Never a problem with billing like every other doctors office when dealing with Insurance. Highly recommend!!
