Hygienist Tam was amazing. Dr Souzan Ardalan is incompetent, performs work requiring other dentists to fix, raises her rates every appointment but waits to tell you how much until you’re done and if you’re 5 min late will cancel your appointment when you show up.
Dr.Ardalan was fantastic and very attentive to some concerns I had prior to the work beginning. Her staff/dental techs were excellent and as a bonus were extremely light handed when the initial work began. Undoubtly will be returning.Very pleased thus far.
Hurt me during numbing process. No pill or nitrous oxide for dental sensitivity and or fears. Made my heart ♥ have bad electrical impulsives. I had to go to the hospital afterward to get my heart checked out. She's mean. She did not take my needs seriously at all.
Very rude and condescending dentist.
