It appears that the office personnel doesn't acknowledge these reviews. I hope we get better treatment and bedside manner from the gastroenterologist. I'm sorry to say that the ladies answering the phones are quite abrupt and less than helpful.
Don't time this office with your $10,000 Rolex. It will be worn out by the time you get to see the Doctor. A calendar would rot and blow away. Use the sun, moon and north star to count the wait time in light-years.
Wait times with appointments are ridiculously long, initial appt showed up and was told it would be 2 hours before I got seen. Switched to Leesburg office and in and out in 10 minutes. Procedure went fine at surgical center but when told I had to go for a follow up appointment a month later they tried to charge me co-pay again. Why charge me, already got results day of Procedure, not sure why I had a follow-up appt figured if something negative was found they would have reached out sooner. He was a horrible doctor never got one report after I had surgery at all not a gd place to go do not advice this place at all...
