Wait times with appointments are ridiculously long, initial appt showed up and was told it would be 2 hours before I got seen. Switched to Leesburg office and in and out in 10 minutes. Procedure went fine at surgical center but when told I had to go for a follow up appointment a month later they tried to charge me co-pay again. Why charge me, already got results day of Procedure, not sure why I had a follow-up appt figured if something negative was found they would have reached out sooner. He was a horrible doctor never got one report after I had surgery at all not a gd place to go do not advice this place at all...
Run from this office!!! Always wait past appointment one time 3 hours mostly two and today staff said well it will always be 1 hour to 11/2 hour past your appointment time for Dr Baskar! But staff has now mixed up appointment 2 times. After waiting 3 hours just to get colonoscopy results for husband we said we can't wait can someone call with results then front office said sure that was July, never got a phone call, mention it when I have a appointment in December with the really great nurse practitioner Genesis ,to receptio... read more
