On hold for a ridiculously long amount of time (over 15 minutes) every time I call, office does not call back when messages left, waited 2 hours for my appointment and the doctor spoke with me for MAYBE 5 minutes during my appointment and did not examine me. He then scheduled not one but 2 procedures, cancelled/rescheduled them twice and then scheduled me for the exact time I said I could not be there. If I could do zero I would. Been a patient like 7 years now. Couple years ago waited over 3 hours for my scheduled appointment. Wrote it off to a bad day. Today they call to change my appointment and push it out again. So my appoinment originally scheduled for this week has now been pushed back 2x. Been awaiting results and my consultation already for well over 2 months. Now it will be 3 months. office staff doesnt give a hoot. Not there body or problem so why care.
