I had a very negative experience with one of the doctor Jessica Amortegui. I was clearly anxious about having a biopsy, and instead of being supportive or reassuring, the doctor repeatedly looked at the nurse and made comments that felt mocking. This made me feel humiliated and uncomfortable. Additionally, the doctor compared the biopsy to “removing mold,” which I found misleading and dismissive of my concerns.
