I’m writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the way I was treated during my recent procedure by Dr. Ayar. His bedside manner was unprofessional, cold, and dismissive. (However, the front desk and The Assistants were excellent) Basic empathy and communication are fundamental parts of patient care, and the lack of both was glaringly apparent.
