Terrible back office customer skill. The billing manager is super unprofessional. Because she couldnt check the insurance on her computer she implies you didn't make a payment. First thing she should have done its her job by calling the insurance. She does not let you talk and wants to only listen to herself. I'm taking my business somewhere else.
Dr. Ayar and staff were wonderful. I had a small procedure done and all went well. I would highly recommend this practice!
