Very horrible experience with Aimee today. Took my son because of the reaction he was having to insect bites. With the inflammation and him scratching them left him with dark spots. I ask was there anything that she could prescribe for the spots she said no because of the dark pigmentation of his skin. I asked what about a dermatologist she said no. My baby’s appt was at 2:00, checked in at 1:35, got measurements and was told that a provider would be in soon. Sat there until 3:00 without seeing anyone. Didn’t get her shots or anything. I walked out! The receptionist handed me a NEW appt card.. I declined! How could she be scheduled for a new appt if she hadn’t been seen for TODAYS visit? Brought my 2 kid in friday for the flu they were suppose to send tamiflue to our pharmacy they dont send it brought them back monday they only got worse they said they were going to send over the precristion again never did it is now a week later and my childeren are still sick DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE
Dr.soos is great the nurses are horrible I can't even begin to explain the rude unprofessional behavior. My kids have been sick for almost 2 weeks and they refuse to give meds or let me speak to dr.soos.
