Brought my 2 kid in friday for the flu they were suppose to send tamiflue to our pharmacy they dont send it brought them back monday they only got worse they said they were going to send over the precristion again never did it is now a week later and my childeren are still sick DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE
Dr.soos is great the nurses are horrible I can't even begin to explain the rude unprofessional behavior. My kids have been sick for almost 2 weeks and they refuse to give meds or let me speak to dr.soos.
Waited over a hour to be seen for my son’s shots. Then was moved to another room to wait almost another hour!! Doctors are great but wait time is horrible!!
Took my 3 kids and sat there for over an hour. They told me it was because they were busy, there was only 2 other patients and a total of 3 nurse practitioners on duty. I went back a few times and seen them chit chatting. Finally they send Dayana in, who has absolutely no idea what she’s doing!
