Every time I call they either never answer or they answer and put me on this endless hold.
I am sorry for the Doctors they might be good but if they dont know how to choose the staff every thing goes wrong, i called 17 times for an appt. Someone finally answered april 17 at 6 pm in case that helps identify who answered, asked for my insurance id left me on hold for 30 minutes never came back, i called back another 6 times after with no luck.
CALLED ALL DAY ON 2/8/2023 BUT WAS PUT ON HOLD FOR AT LEAST 30 MINUTES AT DIFFERENT INTERVALS THROUGHOUT THE DAY BY THE SAME OPERATOR. WHOEVER WORKED THIS DAY PLEASE TRAIN HER BETTER OR SAVE YOUR MONEY AND HIRE A MORE COMPETENT PERSON TO ANSWER CALLS. I HAVE A MUTUAL PATIENT WHO WAS WAITING FOR 6 HOURS BECAUSE THE DR. PRESCRIBED A MEDICATION THAT A PATIENT WAS ALLERGIC TO. WE SIMPLY WANTED TO CHANGE IT TO ALTERNATIVE DRUG BUT WE COULDN'T EVEN GET THROUGH TO ANYONE.
