She is possibly the worst Dr. I have ever had. Explains nothing, follows up nothing and surrounds herself with inept assistants
My wife was treated for Lymphoma by Dr Shin. We were extremely satisfied with her care. She has excellent bed side manner and truly cares about her patients. The ultimate test.....results. My wife is in total remission within 2 months from first treatment. Dr Shin’s nurses and staff are excellent. Their professionalism, caring and light hearted demeanor made treatment a whole lot more tolerable. I thank her, her nurses, and staff.
She has had a very poor bedside manner, has been unprofessional and rude and does not listen to her patients. She also spends as little time as possible even speaking to patients. On the rare chance that she does, she rushes through everything as quickly as possible, barely giving the patient any time to ask any questions. She has also been incredibly condescending on more than one occasion. Would NEVER recommend her. NEVER.
Dr Shin took the time to explain my diagnosis, answered all my questions, and explained other treatments. I guess because she is Asian, she always thinks about alternatives. She truly cares about me and spends whatever time I need to answer my questions. She is a compassionate and caring person who promptly returns my phone calls. She is truly a gem at the Pocono Medical Center.
THE WORST - FIND ANOTHER-SHE CANNOT DO HER JOB! JUST AN AWFUL WHATEVER SHE CALLS HERSELF! Look elsewhere-
