Dr. Flowers is an excellent doctor. She is very knowledgeable, thorough, and empathetic. I always have the utmost confidence in her diagnosis, which she explains very well. I also value her timeliness, and respect for her patients. She sees her patients promptly. I highly recommend her. 

Needed quicker appointment

The scheduling staff doesn't have the ability to schedule an urgent visit. I tried for a few weeks and finally got in because there was a cancellation due to freezing weather, but it was too late for Dr. Flowers to handle the issue in the office. Dr Flowers had to refer me to a surgeon due to the 6 weeks wait time. She is really great on regular visits.

When making an appointment with Dr. Flowers, I specifically stated the medication I needed a refill for. At my appt. I found out the Dr. does not write prescriptions for my medication even though many other dermatologists do. It would've been nice to know that up front when I said something about it on the phone. It was a upsetting that when I mentioned it after my appt the whole front office staff was aware that she does not write prescriptions for that medication.
