I had a medical episode several years ago and was referred to Dr Joseph for treatment. It took several visits and adjustments in medications to get me on the right track emotionally. This doctor is very impatient and only spends a few minutes with patients. It's pretty obvious he wants to have as many patients as he can. When I requested a copy of my medical records they charged me $50.
