I wanted to start out by saying that my family and I have been Patients of Dr. Lim for almost 12 years now, and this is one of the many reasons why we have been Patients for this long. This place is only after the money. They will add things to your plan at the last minute and push you to sign even when you already had a dental plan. They are also VERY PUSHY, constantly trying to make you change your appointments. Why schedule them if you make people change them. I thought this was a private practice and they would be professional and work with working professionals, but clearly the patient is not their priority. My whole family goes to Spring Lake Dental. I always hated going to the dentist until I started coming here about 5 years ago. My #1 thing that I tell people is that when you go to this dentist it will not hurt. All of his staff are friendly and professional. I have problems with TMJ and Dr. Lim has even helped me with that. My son loves this dentist so Dr. Lim is definitely good with children.

The dentist and service was good, but I discovered he negotiated higher rates with Aetna insurance than other dentists in the network for this region. So if you have Aetna, check with them about rates and shop around before going here.
