The front desk assistant was very nice and cordial. Dr. Scheerer has awesome bedside manor. She explains things so those of us that are not dental, understand. She never acted like she was in a hurry. She has a calming voice and speaks softly during the procedure about things other than what she's doing just enough for your mind to wander. Her assistant, Wayne I think his name is, kept the suction going at the right pace so I didn't feel like I was drowning! I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Dr. Scheerer. She was thorough, patient and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing endodontic care.
