I cannot express how disappointed I am with our experience at this office. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this pediatrician was not the right fit for us. Her behavior was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She asked my children personal, uncomfortable questions about their education, and even though they were visibly upset and crying, she continued with her line of questioning, making them feel worse. My husband and I had our prenatal appointment with Dr. Chauhan today and had such a great experience! Her front desk was so friendly and polite, they provided us a tour and they even have a private nursing area. What’s amazing is that they have a separate entrance for sick and well kids. I was very anxious and had a lot of questions but the doctor did not get annoyed and answered them with great detail. She explained to me that we will get through the process step by step.
