The people here are very friendly and professional, I came near the close time but got treated. They really saved my day
Most of the time, my experience with Dr. Song’s clinic has been pleasant. However, today a rude receptionist answered the call with an impatient attitude. When you mispronounce someone’s name, the first thing you should do is apologize — that’s basic customer service. Instead, you gave yourself an excuse, saying you only saw the pinyin and not the Chinese characters on the screen.
