Totally overlooked my cancer symptoms, even after several tests and visits. Dr Waters has a pleasant disposition but unfortunately that does not save lives or at the very least keep us healthy. Obviously doesn’t make sure the staff is doing their job well either. Along with not recognizing my illness, she had things in my file I had no idea about until another doctor I had my medical records sent to pointed it out. Inaccurate things!!! Like what?!?! Shady? Incompetence? I really can’t imagine that she is ok with this.
I have been going to Dr. Sondi Moore- Waters for about 10yrs now and I can honestly say she is the best doctor I have ever had. I'm writing this review because the level of service I recieved today from the front desk to check out was "Impeccable". I went in feel the worst I have almost ever felt, to the point I was scared.
