Our experience with this office has been extremely disappointing and concerning, especially given that our patient is a minor. Repeated requests for clear, written documentation regarding care and recommendations were refused. As parents, we believe proper communication and transparency are essential when it comes to a child’s medical treatment. She is such a sweet Dr! She listens to you and cares about your health! I switched over to her after my other Dr passed away from the same practice. Definitely recommend her for adults and adolescents.
Was charged for a meeting they rescheduled without telling me and then refused to credit it because I missed an appointment that they say I missed before I even started seeing her. This isn't the first monetary issue we had either! Beware before picking this person or her practice.
