Do not see this doctor if you want real care. As a neurologist I expected her to be able to diagnosis a simple nerve issue, and at the very least be interested in looking where the nerve pain was - she was not. I had a video visit and every time I tried to show her where it hurt she was like I don’t need to see it, you can stop showing me. I then went to an orthopedic surgeon I had seen before. I have ocular myasthenia gravis, I was referred to a Neuro-Opthalmologist. I phoned her office, the receptionist was rather rude, said she’s not accepting new patients, she does not treat MG and she’s not a Neuro-ophthalmologist. I suggested that Inova update this doctor or train the receptionist to be courteous and know exactly what this doctor treats.
Dr. Kulkarni is the best, she is a good listener and kind doctor. She understand patients concern and tries to give her best solutions, which works best for them. She responds quickly for all communication. I am visiting her since past 7 yrs. always its an awesome experience!
