Dr. Patel-Grimm was extremely kind, empathetic, a good listener, and made me feel like she's on my team. After a very traumatizing experience with my former provider, I felt listened to, cared for, and supported. I am so glad I came to this practice! I had an exceptional experience. I did wait a bit to see her, but I didn't mind. I appreciate that she takes time with each patient, so a little wait was worth it. Could not more highly recommend!
Dr. Patel Grim is hands-down the best! She’s incredibly knowledgeable, super friendly, and makes even the awkward stuff feel totally normal. Every visit feels more like catching up with a friend than a doctor’s appointment. Couldn’t recommend her more!
She has magic in her hands. She is just the most amazing doctor I have known. She has delivered both older one who is 11 years now. She remembers her name and the birthdate and the discharge date. My daughter was prematurely born as I had Pre-eclampsia but Dr. Sona was a pro and took care of it all. She is my ObGyn since then and I highly recommend her to all sensitive women as Dr. Sona handles with utmost gentleness.
Dr. Patel-Grimm is an incredibly kind and compassionate doctor who truly cares about her patients. She takes the time to listen and makes you feel supported and cared for. However, the office staff and communication need serious improvement. Following up with patients is just as important as the visit itself, and too often this is overlooked.
