Very kind and understanding doc. Whenever my mother-in-law or I had any questions regarding her condition, he was very knowledgeable and would listen to our concerns as well. Would recommend for anyone needing a doctor with proper knowledge and care to help others.
At first I liked Dr. TROUNG. But a recent situation caused me to change my mind about him. He had given me an order for me to walk in to my clinic and get an x-ray. Tried for days to get the results from him about it. Never got back to me at all. I was severely coughing and finally in desperation I went to see my primary Dr. I had pneumonia. Now I'm on antibiotics and a nebulizer. Don't think I'll be seeing Truong again.
I know absolutely nothing about this doctor. I went in for a sleep study and this Dr Son Truong read my sleep study report then gave his recommendations. I am wondering how a physician can make all these recommendations, never meeting the patient, speaking with them or knowing anything about them or their health. I have to say I am NOT one bit impressed with this doctor and I wouldn’t even give him 1 star but had to to leave a review. Things were put in his recommendations that are totally false!
