As a fully recovered Patient and Retired Law Enforcement Officer, I can say, He will get you Operational again. I went from having help to the bathroom ending my career to now, I am able to run my Company, Stand all day and Train people in full Kit, 60 lbs of armor, over 300 rds of ammunition and all the extras med,hydration and radio pack. Muscles may be a little sore:) but my spine is A OK!
