Assistant Edgar called to ask me to come in early because Dr had an emergency. I was out of town but Edgar insisted I be there by 11:30. So Inended my meeting early and rushed back to male it by 11:20. Over an hour later after watchin five other patients be called inI finally got in. I also asked Edgar 3 times to send me my MRI. He said he would but never did. Dr Gollogly is good. His assistant is awful.
I was well kept care of as soon as I checked in. The staff were knowledgeable and very professional. I was informed of each stage of the procedure that would take place. Dr Gollogly talked to me before and after the procedure during which I could ask questions. I don't know any other doctor who sends a video after the procedure for the patient and spouse to understand. Monterey Peninsula is very lucky to have such a facility with the finest doctors and latest technology available to use.
