I've had multiple bad experiences with this doctor's office. The customer service is consistently poor - the staff is rude, unhelpful, and never seem to take responsibility for their mistakes. Dr. Sohail Davoudian is by far the most unprofessional, dismissive, and shockingly rude doctor I have ever encountered. My parents are retired and elderly, and both qualify for a government assistance program. I needed a simple form signed for their care, and instead of providing help, this doctor outright refused to sign and began yelling at me. I’ve had an outstanding experience with Dr. Davoudian’s office, and I truly can’t say enough good things about the entire team. Dr. Davoudian is excellent—professional, attentive, and caring. But my experience has been even better with Dr. Shahrzad, who is incredibly knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and takes the time to explain everything clearly.
