From the moment that I called to the moment, I walked into the office. It was such a great experience. The staff was all super friendly. The office looks so beautiful. Didn’t have to wait long for Dr. Kirk to come in one of the nurses asked me all the questions she needed so that when Dr. Kirk came in, she knew exactly what my needs were. Me as a patient I trusted her with my care at least 4 or 5 times I had some issues But she was willing to fix my problem and I would trust her again with any other procedure if I had one
I had a consultation in January for a tummy tuck. At the consultation I met Dr. Kirk. She is very friendly and took her time to answer all of my questions. I had my surgery in March and so far I am very pleased with my results. The Doctor and the staff are very nice and professional. I will return to Dr. Kirk for any future procedures.
My appointment was at 8:00 am/ I arrived at 7:38 am, just to make sure I could find the location. I entered at 7:50 am to complete my new patient paperwork. I finished at 8:05 am, put in an examination room and told to put a robe on and Dr. Kirk will be in soon. The soon never came. I waited for 45 minutes and Dr. Kirk nor her staff checked on me or made me aware. I left and later called the office back to express my concerns. ***PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE.... POOR TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS****
