I've been trying to get an appointment since even before Corona just so that they could recommend me to an oral surgeon, have been going to them for years since I was 15 but there has been a steady decline in service, before Corona they lost my appointment, and then forgot to order a spacer to put in between my teeth, after 3 months of calling them and trying to remind them no update and then Corona hit, their voice mailbox has been full for months and it looks like nobody is even there on a daily basis. This place has declined significantly since Dr. Sagor left! I have a dental emergency and have been leaving voice messages and emails. Despite the recent pandemic, the unprofessional sign on their office door (yes I had to drive there because there was never a response by phone/email) says they will only operate for an emergency. Hello! I have one! This place is a joke. My family and I are switching offices ASAP.
