Stay away. This office messed up my daughter’s antibiotics (instead of making the dosage for 20 lbs they did it for 20 kg!) thank God the pharmacist questioned this… Additionally the receptionist is in need of training to deal with people. She hung up on me and used abusive language. It’s unbelievable someone like this represents a specialist. She said she would call me back to book the appointment and she never did, clearly she deleted us on the waitlist after the incident of her swearing and hanging up ..
Great doctor, very pleasant to deal with. However be careful with her receptionist, she’s absolutely awful
Dr. Nayan is fantastic! She’s very easy to talk to and has an awesome bedside manner. She’s young, knowledgeable, and genuinely takes the time to explain things clearly. I really appreciated how she provided thoughtful solutions rather than just brushing things off. Highly recommend!
Dr Nayan was my ent until her office dismissed me without any warning or reason provided. I’ve had some ear issues and was chasing dr Nayan for 2 years ! Her receptionist is an extremely rude lady and I hope she finds happiness one day instead of taking it out on others. I would call asking about my appt and the lady would say “ we will call you when we get to you” she then would continue to say dr Nayan is busy . I had surgery for a deviated Septum. Dr Nayan was fantastic! She was friendly and professional. Luanne was very friendly as well, kept me informed, and was accommodating for appointment scheduling. This surgery isn't the most pleasant one to have, but if you need it, Dr Nayan is the one to do it. Love breathing well again!!
