I haven’t been able to breathe through my nose or smell for about 3 years!! I finally had surgery last month and I can breathe again! Dr Nayan went through every step to see if surgery could be avoided but once it was decided she was informative and so helpful through the process. Best ENT!

If you get a referral to this Doctor, ask for some else, My child has been waiting for over 2 years, because he stops breathing at night and his tonsils are so swollen that he can barely eat food without gagging or vomiting, after waiting for this long I had the horrible experience of encountering the terrible old lady receptionist, the by far worst person I have encountered in customer service. Absolutely amazing and super super skilled!. Dr Nays skills are beyond what you expect. The procedure done was smooth, professional and zero complications. Highly recommend

Stay away. This office messed up my daughter’s antibiotics (instead of making the dosage for 20 lbs they did it for 20 kg!) thank God the pharmacist questioned this… Additionally the receptionist is in need of training to deal with people. She hung up on me and used abusive language. It’s unbelievable someone like this represents a specialist. She said she would call me back to book the appointment and she never did, clearly she deleted us on the waitlist after the incident of her swearing and hanging up ..
