I had a very bad experience with Dr. Nalwa's office. The front desk folks are not trained to manage the new patient intake process. As a new patient I was trying to make an appointment to talk to the doctor and decide on a care plan. The receptionist kept repeating should I schedule an appointment and order 'xyz' for you. I kept telling her that I need to make that decision after discussing with doctor and don't want anything ordered right now. She is not good, period. My wife went for a consultation, and without any tests, she asked us to take medicine for infertility. Then on, she did not check how the medicine is doing, whether it's helping or not, and started increasing the dosage as if we are popping M&Ms. Infact, even for getting our own medical records, she charged us money. I will highly recommend you to not consider going to her.
