I got this doctor randomly from kids health insurance card as their regular doctor was no longer with same insurance . Well at first visit , she was ok to me. She is kinda talkative & wants to show she is very friendly maintain all the rules . However the office was really old & dirty. It’s not like a pediatric office we used to see in USA. Dr.Smita Agrawal is very good doctor.she cares the kids much.she was my two kid’s doctor for 8 years for my girl(Rose)and 3 years for my boy(Roel).She is an amazing Doctor. We moved to another city and we miss her much,I wish she is here.
This doctor has always been amazing and we found her when my grandson was an infant and no other doc could tell us what was wrong with him well she did and that was 18 yrs ago and he still is her patient thank God for Dr Agarwal life s too short to worry about the little things and when you find a doctor that goes above and beyond the call of duty u hang on to her for life Ayden and Emma
I am the mother of four kids who have been with Dr. Agarwal since birth and I am a lawyer who deals with medical records and claims. Dr. Agarwal is an EXCELLENT doctor. We started with her through the Clinic at Sister's and then moved to Hamburg as the clinic had a rule that you could only bring in two kids at a time. My husband and I went to all the appointments. Stay away from this place. I am a physician working with UB. Dr Agarwal was my 5yr old daughter's pediatrician. Things started to get nasty when her office wouldn't let the release of medical information to another pediatrician's office. We planned on the move as my wife was pregnant and wanted care to be closer to our home. For three weeks, her office made my wife a courier to take partial documents to the new physicians office.
