Dr Shah was thorough and her office staff was excellent. I had my procedure during COVID.

I don't know whose picture that is on the website but that is not her! I came out of my endoscopy/colonoscopy with so many issues one which was bleeding. When I call for help, they seemed very annoyed that I would dare call. I had to go to my family doctor and a colorectal specialist for help. Her CRNP and older lady, was very unprofessional, rude, and mean. Not sure what the CRNP wrote in my chart but whatever it was Dr Shah laughed when she read it. I will never set foot in that place again nor will I recommend it to anyon... read more

ZERO STARS! This office comes out with every fee imaginable with little to no clear communication. I went in for an office visit, went for an endoscopy and was prescribed a medication. I didn't tolerate that medication well so they prescribed an alternative. Weeks and weeks go by while I am still symptomatic and miserable. I asked my pharmacy what the issue was, they said I needed a pre approval, basically an explanation to my insurance justifying the alternative medication. Dr Shah did my colonoscopy three years ago. Normally one takes thirty or forty minutes I would think but mine took an hour and half. Thank the good Lord she is conscientious and takes no short cuts to remove 19 polyps, some serious. She is competent, conscientious and professional. I saw some of the negative reviews and can't help but wonder if we are even talking about the same Dr Shah
