From the moment I made a call to Parker & Sons Plumbing & Air, to interacting with their plumbing personnel including Todd, Andres, Jay, Evan, and Louis, the service has been prompt and professional. I am in Miami and this is my first year doing business with them, and I must say I am more than impressed. Their service plan is a blessing, it helps me avoid hefty charges associated with service calls. I am pleased to say that under the new management, the level of service has been exceptional. I have no complaints whatsoever!
The plumbing job was done impeccably, and I was kept up to date on the progress. I was particularly struck by their attention to detail. There was an issue with the main water shutoff, but Jay and his team managed it smoothly without any additional cost. Replacing the shutoff valve could have been troublesome, but they handled it proficiently in Miami. Their service was fantastic.
