I was with the practice for over 6 months and always had the first appointment of the day. Not once did dr yechoor see me before 9am. The policy for patients is to come 15 minutes early. So having to wait 45 minutes for my 3 minute seems ridiculous. The last straw was having to wait a full hour before seeing the dr, again my appointment was the first one of the day. My time is just as important as the doctors but he doesnt seem to think so.
I saw him for about 2 years. I would always make my appointments as early as possible because I go to work at 9:30 in the morning and I work 25 minutes away. So I would typically make an 8am appointment. I am not kidding when I say he was late for every single appointment in the span of that time I was seeing him. I understand that sometime things happen. I have never written a public review before but felt the need to leave one for Dr. Yechoor. Had a very negative experience. We discussed stopping one of my medications, so I stopped taking it. The next time I saw him, he claimed he only told me to lower the dose, not stop it, but made it seem like he couldn’t find this in his notes from the previous session. I pick the earliest appointments due to work. Twice now ive had an appointment at 830am and the doctor doesn't even arrive to the clinic until after 9am. Having to wait is usually ok but a total of 60 minutes is a bit ridiculous when he doesn't even show up on time. I know this because the workers at reception talking amongst themselves.
the receptionist at the front katie has the most disgusting attitude ever and when i got to my appointment on time i was kept waiting for 40 minutes so i left and then they scheduled a new appointment without asking me first. absolutely terrible wouldn’t recommend to anyone
