I pick the earliest appointments due to work. Twice now ive had an appointment at 830am and the doctor doesn't even arrive to the clinic until after 9am. Having to wait is usually ok but a total of 60 minutes is a bit ridiculous when he doesn't even show up on time. I know this because the workers at reception talking amongst themselves.
the receptionist at the front katie has the most disgusting attitude ever and when i got to my appointment on time i was kept waiting for 40 minutes so i left and then they scheduled a new appointment without asking me first. absolutely terrible wouldn’t recommend to anyone
I had an appointment at 1015. At 1136 I was still waiting to be seen. I was told he had a new patient appointment. But if scheduled properly why would another patient be waiting an hour and 22 mins and counting to be seen. This is very unfortunate and unprofessional. If you have a new patient appointment then you should allow the proper time set aside from other appointments so that this never happens. It's very inconsiderate of other patients times.
